Director of Product Management and Marketing, Xiaomi Donovan Sung said, Mi A2 Lite is priced at Euro 179, equivalent to 3 million IDR for 3GB RAM variants and 32GB internal memory. While for Mi A2 Lite for 4GB RAM variants and 64GB of internal memory is priced at 229 euros or equivalent to 3.8 million.
Well, here are the complete specifications of Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite which comes with gold, black and blue color variants. For example, the Mi A2 Lite has a smaller screen, which is 5.82 inches and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,280 pixels with a ratio of 19: 9.
There are other major differences between the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite, the Mi A2 Lite comes with a notch above the screen. Just like the Mi A2, Mi A2 Lite comes with Android Oreo 8.1 Oreo software and an Android One stock interface.
Mi A2 Lite comes with a lower processor than the Mi A2, the Snapdragon 625 quad core with 2.0GHz speed from Qualcomm, the same as the Mi A1 that wandered last year.
Mi A2 Lite comes with three storage options, namely 4GB RAM with 32GB internal memory, 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal memory, and 3GB RAM and 32MP internal memory. This smartphone is supported with a micro SD slot of up to 256GB.
This smartphone is also supported by a dual camera with 12MP and 5MP configurations with aperture f1.8. While the selfie camera has a 5MP lens with HDR features and a resolution of 1,080 pixels of video recording.
Mi A2 Lite comes with a larger battery capacity, which is 4,000mAh. This smartphone also offers a fingerprint scanner security feature on the back.
Xiaomi finally released an Android One smartphone, the Mi A2 in Madrid, Spain, Tuesday (24/7/2018). Not just one, this time Xiaomi presents two Mi A2 devices, namely Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite.
Senior Vice President Xiaomi Wang Xiang, acknowledged the basis of the reasons Xiaomi presented the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite because the company saw the response of users who were very enthusiastic about the previous series, the Mi A1.
"This year we decided to launch two new devices (Android One) in the same program, Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite," Wang Xiang said in the opening keynote session.
"The Mi A1 is the best smartphone in its segment in 2017. In fact, Mi Fans really liked it," continued Wang Xiang.
Each smartphone is priced at 249 Euros, equivalent to Rp 4.2 million (4GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory). As for the 6GB RAM variant and 128GB internal memory is priced at 279 Euros or Rp 4.7 million.
While the 6GB variant with 256GB of internal memory is sold at 349 Euros, equivalent to Rp. 5.9 million.
Regarding the specifications, Xiaomi Mi A2 comes with a 5.99-inch screen and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,160 pixels and an 18: 9 ratio.
For your information, this device is equipped with Android OS 8.1 Oreo with an Android One stock interface. The Mi A2 is strengthened with the Octa-core Snapdragon 660 chipset from Qualcomm.
